Delivery Information

USA : 3-5 Days First class Standard Delivery. 2-3 Days Priority Mail Delivery.
Next Day Delivery : Order before 3pm to receive Next Day.   Please note this is the Next Working Day so if you process your order on a Friday before 3pm you will receive it on the Monday (unless it's a bank holiday and then you will receive it on the Tuesday).

Other Countries: 12-21 Days Standard Delivery
 Please note that Standard Delivery Times are not guaranteed and may vary by location.  We do aim to send out all orders within 48 hours.

- Luxelim do not responsible for shipping loss or damage of goods.

Customs duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item price. Overseas buyers may be subject to them as determined by their local government and we are not responsible for these additional charges.

MAKING A RETURN:

Returns Cannot be requested for items within an ongoing promotion

Please CONTACT US with "Return Request" and include Your Order Number and your Last and First name.
Also the name of the product you'd like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return (we love hearing all your feedback).

- Luxelim accepts returns, shipped within the United States only.
- We DO NOT accept returns for items shipped internationally.
- Returns on merchandise must be requested within 3 days of receiving date.
- Buyer are responsible for both delivery and return shipping charges.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Luxelim is not responsible for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
-Luxelim does not cover/protect fraudulent transactions, no refunds will be awarded.
- Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included. Deodorant/makeup stains cannot be accepted.
- Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. 
International sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Luxelim will not refund international duties and taxes.

We Care about Your Child's Safety

Do not allow your child to sleep with bows, toys, purse. 
Our leather accessories are not intended to be chewed/sucked on.
Please don't leave children unattended when using our purse, hair accessories, toys.
Before each use inspect the hair accessories toys to make sure none of the pieces have come loose

Promotions

We do not currently accept returns or price adjustments for previously bought items which are featured or included in a live promotion.
