DELIVERY INFORMATION

COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION
Due to the impact of COVID-19 and increased order volumes, orders may be delayed.

Shipping within the US:
First class Standard Delivery (3-5 days)
Priority Mail Delivery (2-3 days)

Shipping Outside of the US:
Standard Delivery (7-21 days)
With standard delivery, the delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary by location.
We recommend to using UPS for shipment due to delays with USPS

Under FOB Shipping Point, Luxelim is not liable for any damages or losses during shipping once payment has been made, and the order has been received by our local post office. Customs duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item price. Overseas buyers may be subject to such costs as determined by their local or foreign government and we are not responsible for these additional charges.

MAKING A RETURN:


How to Request a Return:
Email us at contact@luxelim.com with "Return Request” and your order number in the subject box. In the body of the email please include your:
Name
Order number
Detailed reason for return
Additional images (optional)
At LuxeLim we accept returns for US shipped orders only. We require that all return requests are submitted by midnight no later than three days of receiving your order. LuxeLim takes no liability in the return of goods if lost or damaged. We recommend that shipping insurance be taken out on items costing $100 or more. Buyers are requested to pay for return shipping, and ensure that items are in unused, new, unwashed, and unworn condition with all original tags and accessories and boxes. Once we receive your return, our customer service team will inspect the order, and if granted will send an email notification of your refund. Two way shipping cost are not refundable.
Any item not in new condition will be not given a refund.

Please give up to 24 to 48 hours for your financial institution to post your refund to your account knowing that some may not operate on the weekend.

Please note: pre-orders, custom orders, personalized items cannot be canceled or returned.

*If you ordered regular item and pre-order item we will ship all together when pre-ordered item is ready.

International orders can’t be returned.



PROMOTIONS

We do not currently accept price adjustments for previously bought items which are featured or included in a live promotion.

We Care about You and Your Child's Safety

Do not allow your child to sleep with items including bows, purses, or toys due to possible choking hazards. Our leather accessories are not intended to be chewed or sucked on as many little ones tend to do. Please be cautious and monitor your child if they are using our purses or toys that contain a sling or any long material. Please ensure that all toys are safe to play with before giving to children.
