Delivery Information

USA : 3-5 Days First class Standard Delivery. 2-3 Days Priority Mail Fast Delivery.
Next Day Delivery : Order before 3pm to receive Next Day.   Please note this is the Next Working Day so if you process your order on a Friday before 3pm you will receive it on the Monday (unless it's a bank holiday and then you will receive it on the Tuesday).

Other Countries: 14-21 Days Standard Delivery
 Please note that Standard Delivery Times are not guaranteed and may vary by location.  We do aim to send out all orders within 48 hours.

Customs duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item price. Overseas buyers may be subject to them as determined by their local government and we are not responsible for these additional charges.

We Care about Your Child's Safety

Do not allow your child to sleep with bows, toys, purse.
Our leather accessories are not intended to be chewed/sucked on.
Please don't leave children unattended when using our purse, hair accessories.
Before each use inspect the pacifier clip and hair accessories to make sure none of the pieces have come loose

Luxelim will exchange or offer store credit for purchased full price items within 3 days of receiving date.
All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition.
International sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Luxelim will not refund international duties and taxes.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
 
Price adjustments can be made on items that go to final sale (not a promo code sale) within 3 days of your full-priced order.
At the time of the request, the exact style, color, and size of an item must be available for purchase.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
Price adjustments will be given in the form of store credit only.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION:

Luxelim is not able to alter or cancel orders after they have been placed. Refused packages are not considered a return and will not be accepted.

MAKING A RETURN:

Please CONTACT US with "Return Request" and include Your Order Number and your Last and First name.
Also the name of the product you'd like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return (we love hearing all your feedback).
 
- Luxelim accepts returns on Full price items, shipped within the United States only.
- We DO NOT accept returns for items shipped internationally.
- Returns on full-price merchandise must be requested within 3 days of receiving date.
- Buyer are responsible for both delivery and return shipping charges.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Luxelim do not responsible for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
- Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included.
  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
  and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
